What you get with the Beginner Strength - At Home Program

This program is designed for people who are new to resistance training or are returning to training. It is designed with progressive phases to meet you where you are at and builds into traditional lifts. Phase I can be completed with minimal equipment (physio ball, a pair of dumbbells and a band) and can be done at home or at the gym. Phase II & III will require access to gym equipment.
